A Mold assessment is the first step to mold removal.

In an assessment, an Assessor will find the source of the mold, test the area and if necessary, will collect air samples.

After he finds the mold, he will send it to a lab to get tested. He will design a tailored plan on how to remove the mold and will send the information to your mold remediatior to get the job done.

Once the remediatior removes all of the mold, the assessor will come back to confirm that all remediation activities were thoroughly completed if necessary.
